For example, if it is already set as: setwd("C:/Users/Z/Desktop/Files/RStudio/Coursera/specdata") go up one level back and set it as: setwd("C:/Users/Z/Desktop/Files/RStudio/Coursera") In other words, do not make "specdate" folder as your working directory.
