umesh C M replied Oct 27, 2010 Yep , I have tried those steps also earlier, still it's the same error. Looks like after running few vxcommands memory allocation failure message is seen. UnixGuy replied Oct 26, 2010 What does ps -ef | grep -i vxconfigd returns ? One limitatio is that rootdg is not as portable as other disk groups - i.e it cannot be deported an imported on an other server.
